Birchwood Gem is a recently remodeled home with two bedrooms and two bathrooms both on the walk-in main living level with large picture windows overlooking the woods at Birchwood Farms Golf and Country Club. For your comfort and convenience, this centrally air conditioned home features a main floor master suite with queen bed, second main floor bedroom with queen bed, fully equipped kitchen, wood burning fireplace, and a nice deck with patio furniture and gas grill. The lower level allows for more room to relax with a family room equipped with a 55 inch TV. Birchwood Farms Golf and Country Club amenities include 27-holes of golf, driving range, racquet sports, seasonal heated outdoor pool, fitness center, and Clubhouse dining. If you would like to use any of Birchwood’s amenities during your stay, you may opt-in to the Access Fee of $750 (May 1-September 30) or $250 (October 1-April 30). Payment along with submission of corresponding paperwork must be completed prior to your arrival by contacting Birchwood Farms Golf & Country Club at 231-526-2166 or AR@BirchwoodCC.com. Downtown Harbor Springs is only minutes away for shopping, water sports, public beaches and dining. Downhill ski slopes at Boyne Highlands and Nubs Nob are approximately ten minutes away.
