RealTimeRental was the FIRST Cloud Based Vacation Rental Software Solution rolled out to the public in early 2000. Since we were the first, we have been able to stay on the cutting edge and ahead of our competition. Our clientele has been experiencing real time bookings, real time site updates, and no possibility of double bookings since 2000.

The Co-Founders, Joe Testa and Sherry Tomasso, are active in the day to day operations of the company. Our office is located in Ocean City, NJ. We support our clients 7 days a week and are the Vacation Rental Software solution for over 200 of the industry's premier Vacation Rental Management companies in North America. In 2014 we grew to host over 100,000 vacation rental properties and processed over $375 Million dollars through our system.
