A beach shuttle is available during the summer season. * Note: Some amenities are not open year-round or might not be open 7 days per week during certain times of the year RECREATIONAL PASSES: You don t have to purchase any passes if you don t want to - purchase only for those who ll be using the resort amenities during your stay. Passes cover most all resort amenities (including the beach shuttle) but do not include golf and The Point pool (residents only). You can purchase 3 day passes at a reduced rate compared to weekly passes. Children under 5 don t need a pass but must be supervised by someone who has purchased a pass. You must PURCHASE the PASSES PRIOR TO ARRIVAL from the homeowner. You ll pick up the passes at the Welcome Center of Bayside after you arrive. There is no refund on passes after you ve paid for them. The prices for passes for 2025 are noted below.

There are two types of Pass
3-Day - 3 consecutive days.
Off season Rate - Jan 1-May 12 and Sept 25-Dec 31 = $40
Summer Season Rate – May 13 – Sept 24 = $60
Weekly- 7 Consecutive days.
Off season Rate - Jan 1-May 12 and Sept 25-Dec 31 = $65
Summer Season Rate – May 13 – Sept 24 = $95
• A Resort Guest is a rental guest or guest of a member who is not on property to obtain a Guest Member pass
• Children 4 and under accompanied by an adult with a valid pass will be admitted to amenities at no charge.
• All charges for pre-registration Resort Passes will be charged to the Primary Member’s account.
• There will be no refunds issued for unused, lost, or stolen passes.
• Requests for Resort Passes must be submitted no later than 7 days prior to the guests’ arrival. An administrative fee of $5 per pass will be assessed for late requests or changes made with less than 7 days’ notice.
• All Pre-registered passes will need to be picked up from the Health & Aquatic Club during business hours. Please note, only Primary Members may pre-register guests.
LINENS: Owner will supply mattress pads, pillows, blankets and comforters while you will be bringing your own sheets, pillow cases and towels You ll have your own washer and dryer inside the home that you are welcome to use. If you wish to rent linens please contact your agent.
