Secure! RealTimeRental^® has outsourced our servers to be hosting in a level 3 facility with DataReturn™. The servers are hosted in a maximum security, carrier-class facility with advanced security features (biometric palm readers, video monitoring, card key access); fault tolerant power system (multiple power grids, facilities-based AC/DC battery backup, diesel generators); and sized for scalability. Bandwidth is supplied through 6 DS-3 connections provided by MCI, Sprint, Espire, UUNet, Savvis, and IXA. Traffic routing is optimized across the various backbone providers using BGP (Border Gateway Protocol) and all core routing is handled by CISCO routers. The Alteon Web System is available as we grow into a clustered configuration.
