• Break it down. What does RealTimeRental® actually do?

  1.) The Tenant selects the preferences they desire, such as dates, price ranges, locations, bedrooms and many amenities. They can do this online, or they can talk to a Reservationist in your office!

  2.) They can then view the details, photos, and virtual tours of the properties that matched their criteria, and are also available for booking! RealTimeRental® can even display alternate dates and prices too!

  3.) Next, the Tenant selects the property they want and then the Reservationist can book it with only ONE click using Smart Calculator™! If the Tenant wants to book online or request more information without talking to a Reservationist – that option is available too!

  4.) RealTimeRental® will then generate all the necessary reservation documentation and cover letters. The system can auto process credit card information, produce marketing codes for the Tenants and much more!

• The Property has been reserved! Is RealTimeRental® finished yet?
  Are you kidding? Now comes the best part.

  1.) At this point, RealTimeRental® does all the hard work. The reservation is generated and now all the records have been set to disburse the funds! The financial records have been set up, so the long hours of manual or duplicate bookkeeping are gone!

  2.) You wont have to go through separate steps to insure that you have a record of all receipts, deposits, and disbursements. The system will print all the necessary checks to the Property Manager, owner, service reps, third party vendors (for trip insurance, etc.), and tax’s too!

  3.) RealTimeRental® will track the status of all the reservations, generate past due notices, check in and check out reports and much more!

  4.) When the Tenant leaves, RealTimeRental® will process any security and allow you to charge for damages as well! If the owner is going to pay for the damages, you can choose to pull from the owner’s account too!
